Painting St, Augustine: Selections from the Samuel H. and Roberta Vickers Collection
Collectively, these paintings comprise a visual record of St. Augustine, its unique topography and climate, as well as its people and their daily lives. The exhibition is drawn from The Florida Art Collection, a landmark gift given to the Harn Museum of Art at the University of Florida in 2020 by Samuel H. and Roberta T. Vickers who formed one of the most extensive collections of Florida-themed art.

UF Historic St. Augustine manages 23 properties with 38 buildings supporting educational programs in historic downtown St. Augustine. These buildings include colonial era structures, reconstructions on original foundations, and conjectural historic buildings. Several buildings are managed jointly as the Colonial Quarter Experience (link to website), a 2-acre site on St. George Street providing educational tours, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Spanish Military Hospital, at 3 Aviles Street, is also operated as a museum. UFHSA partners with the St. Augustine Historic Society in a shared mission of historic building preservation that includes the Oldest House Museum Complex .
Governor's House Cultural Center and Museum is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine at the intersection of King Street and St. George Street overlooking the historic Plaza de la Constitución. The building, historically known as Government House, has a long and fascinating history since the site has been home to several government offices since 1598. An exhibit in the grand lobby follows this history including a timeline to present-day.

Today, the Governor's House hosts a public museum, visitor information desk, event rental space, and academic facilities in support of the University of Florida. Academic use of the building includes an archaeology laboratory in collaboration with Flagler College, Governor's House Library research collection and digitization lab, and Preservation Institute St. Augustine (PISA).
