Lease Properties
Many of the properties managed by the University of Florida are for commercial and residential rentals. These include various sized commercial storefronts on the north end of St. George Street, and additional commercial properties on Cuna Street and Avilés Street. Residential rentals are available above some commercial properties and on Charlotte Street. The properties also include nine parking lots in downtown St. Augustine with parking leased as a monthly permit.
